AT&T doesn't seem to care what charges it attaches to it's customers bills! They don't seem to care when you complain about a problem they know about and refuse to pay and then charge you late fees or worse reconnection fees for other services (internet) since you didn't pay your entire bill! They put the charge on the bill.. this isn't the only time this has happened! What percentage does AT&T get from OSP?... Has to be something .. AT&T should treat it's customers better!!!
