Complaint Review: OSP Communications

I just received my phone bill. A 12 minute collect call was billed to me from a pay phone in Elk City, Oklahoma. Not only did I NOT authorize this call, I've NEVER received a collect call.

I called OSP Communications. The ONLY information they would give to me is that the 12 minute, almost $18 call was made from a pay phone. Told them I did NOT authorize the call but nor did I EVER receive a collect call. Their representative told me that I would have to talk to AT&T.

I called AT&T. They told me to just pay my regular bill. That they would send along a note saying I did not authorize the collect call and that OSP would have to bill me directly. We'll see what happens.
