The Osslin Agency put an ad in the help wanted section of the paper, looking for models for Milan and Japan. When I went in, some guy named Eric, told me I needed classes, and then should go to AMTC convention. And they had some top photographer coming in this weekend, they needed my money for photos. Of course, I had the look! But I needed to get signed up for some of this stuff. I asked the State of Florida, Dept of Regulation about this and they stated that help wanted ads are a big scam! It's a cheap way to get people in.

I also found out that these people had been served a cease and decist warrent, they just have not followed it. I also found out that they have only been in business for 2 years, they tell people (and advertise) in their web site that they have been in business for 25 years!!

Don't go into their offices, don't go to this convention and don't get pictures taken by them! They also have a model search going on this weekend. Big scam!

Hi,

I've recently signed with Osslin Agency. They never asked me for money. They do encourage talent to attend different shows but that is for your own benefit. It is not mandatory. I've heard it is a lot of fun and you go to represent Osslin and it's a great opportunity to get your face out there. Osslin is definetly NOT a rip-off. They have already gotten me two bookings. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. You would be stupid to not sign with them.
