I purchased 4 Leo diamond channel set rings, approximately .5 ct wt each as a Mother's ring (soldered together.) After wearing for only a few months, single stone fell out. Took it back, they sent it away for 2 months to replace the stone. The excuse was that it was a "Leo" and it was hard to find one to replace it (look in the display case.)

I got it back and they inspected all 4 rings and had them sent in to be resized. A month later I got my rings back.

A month later another diamond (not the same one) fell out of the same ring. I was frustrated and took it back in. They sent it back to "corporate" to have another stone set and check the prongs. They checked the other rings and said they wanted to have them sent in as well "just to be sure" because the prongs were showing signs of wear. I had not had the rings for 6 months...

It took 2 months to get the 3 returned. I had them soldered together (just 3 because we were still waiting to find another elusive Leo....?) So now I have 3 rings (son's name engraved in each one.) One ring still waiting to have a stone replaced (my daughter's name engraved inside.)

I eventually got my ring back...to have yet another stone fall out 6 weeks after. I had asked to have them check ALL of the diamonds and setting while they had it the previous time.

I took it in, and figuring I would catch more flies...was very polite. The new manager of the store and the new sales people told me that it was MY fault for washing my hands with it on or running my fingers through my hair...seriously?

They have had my ring for almost 4 months. I have called and spoken to salesmen twice. I drove 80 minutes to the store to try and get a face to face with someone in charge. She was on vacation, but the salesperson assures me she will be back the next day and he will make sure she is informed and returns my call. After 3 weeks, I write an email to "corporate" and I get a response several days later telling me they were sorry and would look into it and get back to me. The estimated return date was 2 months ago and I haven't heard from "corporate in 2 weeks. Not only do I not believe Leo diamonds of that size are so rare they can't be replaced quickly, I do not believe it takes this many attempts to contact someone who has the authority to help me and get answers.
