OtarTel Defrauded me out of $651 by offering to sell gift cards at a discount. New York City New York
This company advertised via the internet that they sell discounted gift cards. I purchased a few in the summer & received them, though slowly. The last two orders I placed were never received.
The company requires that only a check or money order would be accepted. In each case the checks were cashed fairly quickly, but the again the cards were never sent. They provide a tracking number but no inforamtion is given when accessing the USPS website.
I have tried to contact them several times by e-mail, voice mail & even by the postal service & they have never responded back to any of my contacts.
I have filed a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center. Apparently, this can be considered mail fraud as well. I am looking for help anywhere I can get it. My total out of pocket expense is $651.00.
Thank you!!
