OTC Restoration Mike Baldwin Shoddy and incompetent Flint Michigan
This is one of those predatory companies that knock on your door after a hail storm or tornado comes through. Don't make the same mistake we did by not researching the company you choose to fix your roof. These guys do shoddy work and unless you catch it right away, within their limited warranty, they will completely ignore you. No one will call you back.
They proposed a new ridge vent when they replaced the roof instead of the existing vents, better ventilation they said. Sounds like a good idea we though, except they placed a vent on the ridge of our house and NEVER CUT THE VENT. Imagine our surprise a year and half later, when selling our house, the inspector finds mold and improperly installed roof. Lost that buyer.
We reached out to the office, salespeople via LinkedIn and Facebook and eventually an ex-employee gave us the company president's call phone number. Mike Baldwin (((REDACTED))) seems to run a number of these rip-off restoration companies around the country. He won't call you back either, but have fun blowing up his phone.
