Otter Box Otter Box Defender series rugged protection for iPhone 6s plus False advertising Ft. Collins Colorado
The otter box is not what they claim. My grandaughter, Mikayla Chandler dropped her phone and it shattered while encased in an otter box defendcase that claimed to have drop protection and triple protection. She only dropped it about 2 feet in height and it totally shattered.. After calling the company I found out that it has happened to others and all they could say is "it is rare" and they do not cover the phone enclosed., this is not claimed on their packaging so I want otter to pay for her phone for the false advertising. So instead of holding the PERSON accountable for what THEY did, YOU seek to place blame on the company that tried to provide protection. TYPICAL SLACKER THINKING!!! YOU can demand all you like, its NOT going to happen.
