SCAMMED several family offices to invest 3,6 MM dollars, paid lobbysts Roney J. Mateu, Tucker Gibbs with our money, for the defunct "pre approved" 5966 South Dixie Highway in South Miami. Now we are suing also is Mercantil Commercebank for 1,6MM dollars. Miami Florida

The Fernandes family (Original SCAM/Fraudsters family of Real Estate) developed this ponzi-scheme scam, with multiple lobbyists (paid with investors money), to develop with their fake Somi Green llc, 64 Corporation a supposedly "Eco Friendly" Office space for  high end upscale business close to Merrick Park. If I did'nt saw a single slide of the presentation it looked like science fiction, and actually it was. Marcelo Fernandes very professional delivering the "spill" like a snake charmer, Ottoni, the old eagle, looking from backstage and talking to every single one of us as he was a multimillionaire from Brazil. 

We are suing them in Court here in Miami and we are followed by Dabas Dev.,Mercantil Commercebank,Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust , total charges of 16,7mm scammed from serious, Banks, family offices, individuals that invested in "bonafide".

I hope they get criminal charges for all the money they said they used to pay some "authorities".

 This report is 100% lies. Who is the author - Mary Gonzales - nobody in my company or family has ever heard of this person. There are no lawsuits against me or my company. I have no problems with any of my customers and sleep very well at night knowing that I always do the right thing. Whoever this is - if you have an issue with me - then have the balls to contact me and deal with it. Otherwise you can hide behind these cowardly anonymous complaints which will have no effect me! I found this posting from a company offering to clean negative content from the web. Is this how they secure business - by publishing false content and then offering to clean it up for a fee? This entire site is rediculous!
