Complaint Review: Oura Ring

Oura Ring Oura Accepted Payment for Smart Ring, Sent Wrong Size. Took my return. Has not exchanged or refunded money. No communication from company. Many people experience similar issues.

I saw a Facebook advertisement for Oura Ring (smart device). I ordered the ring from their website in November 2021. They sent a 'sizing kit'. I selected my ring size and submitted it to their website. The ring they sent was the wrong size. There is no phone number to contact this company. I initiated an exchange online and returned it to the specified FedEx dropoff center. The item has been received by the company, yet I do not have a replacement or any prospect of one. I have received no communication from the company about the exchange. 

Please note that I have followed up several times by submitting a ticket or email. I received one reply, which I responded to, and have not gotten a response. (over a month ago). After I complained on their Facebook site, I received a direct message from Oura, asking what my registered email is, but have not gotten a reply. 

The company's Facebook page seems to have hundreds of complaints, similar to mine. 

The summary is that they took nearly $300 from me, and I do not have a product to date.
