Complaint Review: Out Personals.com

I been a member of Out personals .com. This company is deliberately holding back messages that other members have sent me, for the purpose of trying to get me to upgrade to become a gold member which would require me to pay them more money. My friends have sent me messages but I have not recieved them. I phoned the Out personals costomer service dept.and they keep telling me they are haveing technical problems. Its a lie. What they are doing is fraud.

Im a paying costomer and because I payed for this service, it is fraud.Others that I talked to regarding this are telling me they are going through the same thing.outpersonals need to be investigated.
