My experience and the experience of several friends with Outback Design was very good, the owner was always honest and upfront. While I found the project took longer and did not get the same courtesy from several managers of the project the workmanship was great and I am sorry they are no longer in business as the creativity was unmatched by all the other companies that offered designs for my home.
