Complaint Review: Outback Rentals/GatlinburgTN

Horrible experience with Sabrina the owner of Outback Rentals.Check in was at 4:00, our family of 14 did not get in until 7pm. When I called office her attitude was not their fault, what did I want her to do. Told me she can't make people get out so if late checkout puts cleaning staff behind. Said she would not compensate us and does not charge people for checking out late.

Once in house was nice however glass plate fir micriwave missing,only had 2 butter knives,1teaspoon,2 soup spoons, 1 table spoon for 14 people. It did have plenty of forks. 2 kitchen towels and 1 dish cloth. No sheet for sofa sleeper or blankets. No extra blankets, lots of extra pillows but no pillow cases for them. Sent text to clening service told her about sheets,microwave and silverware. She brought us sheets and offered to go buy silverware that night. Told her no wait until morning, she said she woukd tell Sabrina. Next day discovered electric can opener broken and no manual. Sent text. That was Sunday. Monday Sabrina brought us a new blender. Thanks but we need can opener. Said yes she knew but blender broken so replacing it. Said she woukd go after 6 pm and get what we need and bring to us in am. Tuesday I called her at 11:30 asking where stuff was. Told me busy. Asked when we would get, said 30minutes. She brought it.

Tuesday evening 7 year old grandson slipped sliced ankle open on chipped tile stair. Required 3 stitches. Husband taped stair and called Sabrina when we were checking out on Wed am, told her about injury. She told him she woukd pass the info on. I called her today to ask how we file a claim. She said she knew nothing about injury,stair was not chipped before we checked in, she gad given us everything we wanted,we checked in at 3:30, the people before us were out by 11:00 and they weren't paying for his injury. Refused to give iwners name!! This has been a nightmare!!!
