Complaint Review: Outback Steak House

I appreciate your persistance regarding a resolution to this case. The settlement is sufficient assuming outback steak house is acknowledging how this was handled in the restaurant ( i.e. confiscated the broken glass in the childrens drink and left) was inappropriate. A respected restaurant such as outback steak house should have process and procedures in place to deal with these types of situations. Broken glass in food or drink is a very real health risk and needs to be addressed when it occurs, not concealed.

Managment grabbed piece of glass and left. Managment Failed to ask does child need medical assistance? Failed to offer any type of aid for the risk of perhaps getting sued.

In order for parents to recieve reimbersement for medical expenses Outback Steak house requires we sighn a waiver not to hold the restraunt or it's Management liable for any wrong doing.
