I typically like this establishment, however after dining there this past weekend on May 25, I will never go back. I left my expensive cell phone on the table at the booth we were seated. I had young children with me and was distracted as we left, forgetting the phone on the table. I discovered the cell phone was not with me on my drive home, however rather than turn around and drive a 1/2 an hour and back with sleeping children I called the resturant when I arrived home to inform them.

I spoke to Mellisa at 8:30p.m. an employee working at the time. I was placed on hold while she checked. I was told it was found at the table. She told me that they had the phone, discribed it, and we talked about the fact I would come in the next day to pick it up. She said to just come it and let them know my phone was there.

The next day I went to recover the phone and it was gone. All of the employees were pointing fingers at each other and acknowledged that a phone was there but they did not know what happened to it. A busser named Jose apparently had the phone, however I am sure has sold it by now. The management at this resturant was horrible and handled the situation poorly and unprofessionally.

Same Thing At enterprise

#3Consumer Comment

Had the same thing happen to me at enterprise rent-a-rag at the airport, in San Antonio, except it was a garage door opener. Had it clipped to the visor after renting the vehicle for 20 days. Get home, find out I've forgotten the opener and call the office. Yes, it's there, we'll hold it for you, you can come pick it up the next day. Arrive the next day and no one's ever heard of me or my opener. Spoke with the owner and "his people are all honest and they wouldn't do anything like that". What a bunch of frickkin' crooks.

Call the Corporate office or email them

#3Consumer Suggestion

I had a problem with one of the Outback Restaurants and their service in Minnesota and went online to their restaurant and emailed them the complaint and ended up getting some action and a Corporate official actually called me and we got the whole problem straightened out. They even sent me a letter with a gift certificate.
