 I purchased a 5yr membership from outdoor adventures that ends in August of 2017. After making this months payment the representative asked me if i would like to enroll in autopay. I said no because i had only a little over a month left. The rep then stated i would still have a balance of $290 after my contract ended in August. I asked her to explain because all my payments were spaced out over 5 years and the last being in august. She explained that i still owed 2 months after august. I explained that when i first signed the contract the sales guy said that if i put the down payment down and signed that day that my first two months payments would be waived. She then looked and said yes you did make your first payment two months later but you still owe those two months. So basicly the salesman was trying to make a quick sale and offered me a discount but then tacked it on the end of the contract so there wasnt and special deal or offer at all. He lied and played the shell game with me.
