Mark with Outdoor Designs agreed to cap off a sprinkler line next to our patio when he was paid by our pool company to do a sprinkler system re-route. He not do complete the job as promised and wanted to charge us more money to do what he had already promised.
We live in an affluent area and I'm sure he figured he could milk us for a little more money which was not the case.

This basically boils down to a company that promises something that does not come through. Mark agreed to cap off a sprinkler line next to our house and did not follow through on his word. He then wanted additional $$ to do the job he had already agreed to in the beginning.
