I placed an order for 7 t-shirts to be used for a charity run and paid in full including shipping and duty costs. The package was delivered and signed for by the doorman. It was a TINY box and only contained 3 t-shirts.
I immediately contacted the sellers to request that the remaining 4 Tshirts be shipped or a refund arranged. They did not respond to several e-mails or phone calls. I then initiated a Paypal dispute which they similarly ignored. I still have not received a response or explanation.
I have ample evidence that only 3 t-shirts were sent, including the box with UPS sticker intact showing how small and light the package was.
I just wanted to write this report to warn other potential buyers to beware!
