I ordered $1006.93 when it arrived two items were not in the box an 8 cam switcher box and two sets of transmitter/receivers. The switcher box I was told it was on two week back order nothing was said about the transmitter/receivers.

When I called the company I was told the transmitters would be in the two week back order. When I reviewed the invoice I discovered there were 0s in the shipped colum for all my items and the same 0s in the back order colum when I questioned about this I was told that didn't matter.

I waited until the first of August and called for an update I was told that it will be another two weeks before the items come in. Thia is not good for a company that sells home security equipment. When I told them this is unsatisfactory the answer was that the product has to come from overseas as if they are the only people getting overseas shipments. I want any money charged returned and I want the web site to indicate if something is out of stock or back ordered.
