Outdoor Travel Terrible maintenence and standards hamilton Ontario
I visited this dealer and found a late model 5th wheel which I was interested in. On closer inspection I discovered that one completes coner, top to bottom, inside and out was rotten from a leak and the outer skin had come away from the frame, removing the seal showed ruted screws. Being a contractor I offrerred them a reduced price, a reduction of $4000-00 off their asking price of $15000-00. The salesman told me the unit was basically scrap and would only be good as a static hunting lodge and not for road use in its present condition. We met with the sales manager who went out to look at the issue. On return he said he could take off $1000 if sold asis but would certify the unit and fix it if I paid the asking price, his fix would be to reseal the joint with silicon leavingb the rotten walls enclosed.
Unbelievale thast ANY dealer would let a customer buy a botched repaired item. I have serious concerns about any item this company has to offer if this is there standards.
