On 10/12/07 I ordered a Replacement Rechargeable Battery Pack For the Mag Lite Rechargeable Flashlight. order # 3873908013.
I have called and only get a fax machine, I have e-mailed and no reply, and I have used the sites order status on 10/29/07, 11/02/07 and 12/04/07 and have gotten no replies.
