I purchased a 20 oz Rambler on December 5, 2016 and have yet to receive it. I have called and emailed numerous times, and never receive a response to either. I was finally able to chat online with Geraldine, supposedly their Customer Service supervisor, and she guaranteed that my order would arrive by December 30, 2016. i chatted online again on January 3, 2017, this time with a rep. named Willy. He typed sorry for the delay and that he would 'prioritize' my order. Still didn't receive order so I chatted online again on January 10, 2017, the rep. was Willy again. He gave the same canned response, "sorry for delay, I will prioritize your order." Willy would not provide a phone number to where a Supervisor/Management could actually be reached, he said all you can do is email, chat, leave voicemail.
Today is January 18, 2017 and I have still not received my order. This company and their Customer Service are horrible!! Buyer Beware!! Purchase elsewhere if possible.
