 I purchased an external battery for my Apple 4s last year. The case kept coming apart on my phone on Day 1. I called and emailed outEdge multiple times attempting to obtain an address to return the unused product. I offered to purchase a replacement product, but no one at outEdge could inform me how to return the battery.
