Complaint Review: Outer Banks Blue Realty

 Outer Banks Blue was terrible and ignored us once they had our money. Our house (Sweet Retreat) located in the Four Seasons in Duck was loaded with spiders inside and out. Spiders were found in a bed and in baths, and walls in home. Ants were a huge problem in the kitchen. We tried to call and email as soon as our first day and finally were contacted mid week from a guy who just dropped off cheap Ant traps but would not spray anything. I then left several messages for Stephanie and Bill and still never heard from them. I couldn't believe how we were completely ignored by this company. The house was dirty too. All the outside porches were unusable due to bugs and filth. It is so unfortunate as the home itself is pretty, decorated nicely with comfortable furniture. Outer Banks Blue should be ashamed of themselves as we deserved to be treated fairly with a phone call from the manager and a fix of our problem or some sort of compensation/ refund. We couldn't use any advertised outside areas due to filth and spider webs. The fireplace, pool lights, and sound system did not work either. Too many bugs downstairs in game room too and table was left wobbly with broken piece on top as if they knew it didn't work but chose to leave it that way. To top it off, they haven't posted my review on their site nor has trip advisor printed my review.
