Complaint Review: OUTLAW STEAK HOUSE

i recieved at Christmas time from my son a lobster and steak dinner that was to arrive on christmas eve, next day air. It did not come.

My son called and was assured that not only would the dinner arrive but also sirloin burgers and sirloin steaks and thast he would also recieve the beef package because the order was not delivared as promised.

The next day I recieved a gift certificate, no steaks, lobster or free beef. My son did not recieve his promised gift either.

I tried to contact Outlaw and left several messsages, I emailed and did recieve one reply to call a "James Ayers" at 561-912-1114, and say that "Armin" said to call. The phone number was to an answering service and that person and number was invalid.

I have repeatdly called, emailed, asked for a refund, and get no replys. My son did not recieve any reply calls either.
