Complaint Review: Outletpc

I bought a barebones system from them that came with both a defective case ans motherboard. I took it back and a manager by the name of Anjonez , not kidding that's his name was rude, snotty, arrogant, and refused to exchange the faulty parts he sold me. He refused me access to the owner telling me I don't need to know who that is.
They are great at taking your money but know nothing about standing behind their products .

I can find no info on them thru the Secretary of state or if they even have a business license with the city of Henderson,NV.

The"manager" I spoke to even threatened to call the police on me when I phoned back later and asked for the owner.

This business is a rip off in the first degree.
If you have given them money and want it back do what I did. Do a chargeback on your credit card.
