After purchasing several products including a router and usb wireless card the products failed and were returned. The replacement parts failed as well. It was explained that OutletPC carries manufactured parts at a super discount and are considered "low entry level" products including encore, rosewill, trendnet to name a few.
Now as a consumer I thought I should warn other potential customers that these products are sub-standard through OutletPC's review system. My negative reviews were NEVER published, never posted. So I tried to find ANYONE that posted a bad review and guess what?, I could only find 5 star reviews. This is a very interesting way to conduct business.
You can call it shady, unethical or deceitful but one things for sure, get a review from another website before purchasing any product from OutletPC. If it shows a 5 star review there's a good chance its hiding a 1 star also...
