I, too, have had problems with a lack of communication from outlinedepot.com.

In addition, I have had problems with outlinedepot.com not living up to its statement that outline screening and download credit "may take a day before a credit is issued." This is particularly true during final exam period.

No email responses are provided and the website uses a website domain name ownership "anonymizer".

The California Secretary of State, however, claims (as of Monday, December 15) the owner of outlinedepot.com LLC is Michael A. Gold:

I purchased an outline from OutlineBank over a month ago and it turned out that the outline was not based on the textbook OutlineBank said it was. Furthermore, the outline was nearly ten years old, and was based on an area of law that has seen many changes in the last five years.... thus the outline is useless. I have sent five emails to OutlineBank (all a week apart) informing them of my situation and requesting that they please inform me of my options, if any. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED ONE EMAIL. Use this service at your own risk and I highly suggest not paying for an outline as (1) you are likely not going to get the outline you think you are getting, and (2) if you have a problem it appears you are SOL. The "employee" who has rebutted these complaints is more than likely an owner trying to save face. Just do whats best for you and beg your friends for outlines for your classes; dealing with these schmoes is not worth it.

I work with OutlineDepot.com and we do our best to respond to inquiries as soon as possible. Usually within a few hours or a day at the latest. To suggest that "no email responses are provided" is completely ridiculous and entirely inaccurate.

As for our speed in processing and screening outlines that users upload to our site, we really do our best to do this as quickly as possible. The site has become increasingly popular recently and we have been swamped with outlines. Literally HUNDREDS of outlines every day around the time of final exams. Screening and verifying an outline is time intensive. No other site in existence goes to the trouble that we do. We don't promise to screen outlines within 24 hours, but we usually do.

If you are really in a rush to download an outline and can't wait to have your upload approved for a credit, you can always purchase a credit. At $9.99 it's hardly a big expense. Then once your outline is approved your credit will never expire anyway and you can always redeem it in the future.

We have over 30,000 active users (and growing very quickly) and receive compliments and thanks every day. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and it's really a shame that someone would go to the trouble of posting a bogus complaint on this site.
