The first flag should have been that they require full payment up front for the year's worth of "service."

Our first press release read like it was written by a 6th grader. After complaining and spending more time doing what we paid them to do, they assigned a different account person, who was on the job for a short period, then another perosn was assigned. This last one took the cake- when asked to send a press release in advance of a tradeshow, he sent it out on the very last day of the show and blamed "an unknown glitch" for the error. I asked him to inquire into the glitch to no avail.

Our contract expiration date was somehow changed to expire before our last press release was due to go out.

A telephone call was scheduled with their sales manager to discuss the evenst of the last year. Immediately prior to the call, the sales manager cancelled. we've not heard back.
