Outshine appliance repair, Lorain, Ohio Cancelled scheduled appointments on 2 occasions. After taking time off of work on two separate occasions, Outshine cancelled both times. Wasted time and days waiting for them to arrive, which they never did. Will never all them again. lorain ohio
Horrible customer service. Scheduled repairs on a washer four days prior to the FIRST scheduled appointment. Received a phone call TWO hours prior to them coming out and they cancelled. Rescheduled another appointment for TWO days later and AGAIN, TWO hours prior to the scheduled time, they cancelled again!! After having taken time off of work for both of those days, I placed a call to J&B Appliance.
The gentleman, very professional and helpful, arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the job in approximately one hour. Call Outshine in Lorain, Ohio, only if you have time and days to waste to have them NOT show up! Cancelled scheduled appointments on two occasions
