Outten Kia sales tactics Bait & Swich

we were quoted  a 500.00 discount 

we never received the discount

we have been lead around as if we were in  a corn maze.

no replays to voice mail.

Promices not kept.

What do you think, would'nt it be smarter to pay a valued customer 500.00 $ 

as opposed to losing a car deal a month, because everywhere a prospect of theirs turns

there will be the truth about what they can expect From Outten Kia.

I cannot recommend buying a car from them,

I can only recommend  that you save yourself aggravation by shopping anywhere but there.

I am really surprised that this is the way they handle customer concerns.

My satisfaction will be their eventual demise.

Word does get around, good luck dealing with it.

Outten Kia will likely lose at least one car deal a month  so if you look at this long term

36,000. $ a year lost, or over a hundred grand in less than 3 years.

It is sad that you will go to any length to paint a picture of yourselves as Gods.

Oh by the way a fair number of your customers are now aware of your criminal style.

Im sure there are many more to contact.

Customer was originally going to finance through KMF(Kia Motor Finance) and receive an additional $500 incentive but the customer chose to lengthen the finance term by 3 months, which KMF does not offer. The customer chose to do so... in order to purchase an extended service contract, GAP insurance, and other aftermarket products an stay within their payment budget.  In doing this, the customer received a significantly lower interest rate from an alternate lending institution.  

Extending the term and using the alternate lender forfeited the $500 incentive. The enhanced interest rate was passed along to the customer and it would save them over $600 in interest over the 5 year term!  At time of inception, customer signed all necessary documents in full disclosure.  One final note, this is a transaction that occurred over 2 years ago!

Outten Kia showed A 500. Discount on the worksheet, then took it out without any explanation, and without us noticing the bait & switch untill we had already bought the car.

It seemed that our only seeing the worksheet for 15 seconds max. was a good way for us to not get a copy of it to prove our case in point.

When Mr. Schlanker looked in the deal jacket, he said there was no record of ithe worksheet , which is odd because all paperwork is to stay with the deal just for situations that come up like this.

The salesperson does not work there any more, and conviently enough , no one else can remembers a thing Either,

The man in charge of New Car sales, Peter Schlanker, said too bad we will do nothing for you.

He would not return calls even though he said he would call me back with a firm decision On a certain day, and I waited until 4:30  and figured that I better call before he would slip away without calling Back.

I guess that means as an official @ the dealersship it is acceptable to not tell the truth.  

Instead of having a pair,  he had a lower level manager try and spin up some c**k & bull story saying that I made out by their not giving me the discount that they said  they would. What a bunch of BS.

I realize it was an extremely small discount ,but a discount is a discount is a discount & The Dealer needs to be called out on this one!
