The company, advertising through an Internet list of “sample” beauty product suppliers, indicates that they’re seeking people to try out FREE samples of “miraculous “ skin repair products.  The customer pays only “a small postage fee” with a credit card.  What arrives are full-sized products with an enclosure that indicates that the “buyer” has 14 days to sample the products to decide whether or not to keep them.  If the decision is “no”, the recipient must phone a given number for each product to cancel what turns out to be a subscription!  The recipient must return the unused portion of the products in separate containers, by post within 21 days or his/her credit card is charged $95.00.  The additional requirements for the return are fussy and time-consuming, and it’s definitely not free.

It’s perfectl legal, I guess, but certainly a scam. A classic “Bait and Switch”.
