Over Head Garage Door Company ,Garage Door Service Company overcharged, used shoddy parts, technician stole from my garage Dallas Texas
My husband called this co., thinking it was a respected local repair company (Overhead Door) Instead they are a clearinghouse for scam artists that overcharge ($276 parts fee for springs!) and then proceed to tell you how "bad" your other parts are . Replaced steel rollers with cheap plastic ones. And then the guy had the nerve to steal two pairs of brand new gloves from the garage (and who knows what else)
No place of business, no last names, nobody to complain to except a bunch of phone operators)
