Complaint Review: Southwestern Advantage

Over payment /wouldn't let me cancel withjn 3 day allowance. I've called every wk and get no where , asked for a superior they just let me sit in hold . Just got a post card looked mailed but was hand delivered to our door with no return address saying we owe 119,but our order was wet and change I already paid 150 and 20 in the web site .  ange I already paid 150 and 20 in the web site . I can't fb message the seller have no number for him and they say they emailed him and he was to contact us . We ordered in the 16th of June I've been called since the 18tb . Said the authorities can't do nothing about it . I'm getting so furious with this in not a charity company. I have a slip with only a name no contact but I do have order number and in order to cancel I must surrender the only proof . I had to personally have my bank stop it i cldnt out anything in without them taking it . They over draw it 2 times not much but sooner than payment and they wouldn't stop til it went through. Customer service is so rude .
