Complaint Review: Over The Top Marketing

I hired Over The Top Marketing Services to help rank my business higher in google search results. The initial point of contact wasn’t bad. I actually felt like I was in good hands. They assured me fast results, and that they’d have a team working constantly to achieve these promised results. They ran my card for 2,500 the first month, which was authorized. Four weeks go by and I asked for a report from Jason brown (seo manager at the company) and received no response. I sent FOUR EMAILS and had no response. Two weeks later my my card was once again charged for $2,500! I let them know I would be disputed the charge and no work had been completed. I did a little more digging and found out a little more information on Jason brown. He spends his days tweeting to Donald trump, or tweeting about a site he made called review fraud. It appears he locates businesses that have fake reviews. That’s all fine and dandy, but he spends all day tweeting about it! 98% of his tweets are about this review fraud thing! This is why no work was getting done! He could have been working on building my brand, but he instead chose to tweet about mine craft and review fraud. I am so frustrated! I wouldn’t recommend you run away from this company, especially Jason brown.
