I had brought one of those preferred client cards costing 89 $, To save money at Overseas Car Care, for my Infinti .. and because it was just down the street from where I worked and lived I thought at the time it was a good deal..

Needed an oil change so I called and made an appointment, went in and waited for the car which took over an hour, that should of been my warning sign. The service Advisor Chris came to me and said the car needed belts, so I agreed to that, then I sat for another hour, without the service advisor coming to me I had to go and ask when was the car going to be finished, he replied at 1 pm .. and oh by the way your car needs back brakes, they are at 15%, and the price is 511. I thought the price was too high, so I said NO.  Chris said he would have is guy take me home then pick me up. After calling 2 more times  it was almost 5pm when the guy showed up driving my car to pick me up to take me back to pay for my bill. Again strange.. And they said my car was washed, it didn't look like it..

That weekend I went to My Infinti dealer to get the brakes done it was half of what Overseas said it would be, come to find out MY Service Advisor called me and told me my brakes were at 70% . and I didnt need brakes done. At the point I was mad, taking my time for something that was not need to be done and thought Overseas was trying to rip me off. I called the General Manager Sam and told him what happened he said he'd look into it and call me Monday.. That never happened. Its been 2 weeks since my experience and I am even reporting this dealer to  Better Business..

So it you have a luxury car beware of Overseas Car care.. they are simply a rip off.

After my not so happy experience, Overseas Car Care has made me a believer that customer is always right.  And good companies take care of their valued customers. Jim the owner, called me numerous times to talk to me..and is taking care of the matter personally.. My back brakes will be taken care of when they need to be done .. I am a happy customer ..Thanks Overseas for making it right.
