Overstock.com - Comerxia Inc. order never delivered Hollywood Florida
I placed an order online with Overstock.com and
when payment information I got into Comerxia.com which seems to be the company handling international orders. The name of International store.com also came.
I received an email to confirm that the order has been delivered to my address with customer order numbers with an hyperlink with Canada Post, the shipping company.
To this day and after many emails and phone calls I did not get anything except the charge on my credit card.

Don't Blame Overstock.com, blame the freight company

I deal with Overstock.com all the time. I know how the company works inside and out. I think that in your case, it is unfair to blame Overstock.com for the freight companies mixup. See, Overstock.com only sells to US customers. However, they do have "affiliate" sites that pretty much place orders with Overstock.com and drop ship the product to other countries. SO, your gripe should be with Comerxia, not Overstock.com. Comerxia is the one who was handling your package, they are the ones who never delivered it. Internationalstore.com might be the affiliate site you ordered from.
