Overstock.com Failed to fully refund purchase price Salt Lake City Utah
I have bought 3 things from Overstock.com. 2 pair of shoes and one dress. I had to return 2 of the 3 for extremely poor quality and poor sizing. When I returned the dress I was only issued a refund of half. They claimed it was they couldn't restock it because it had hair on it. I certainly didn't notice any hair when I repackaged it and returned it at my expense.
Considering what it cost me to return the item in addition to the half they ripped me off for - I am out approximately 75% of what I paid for an item I returned to them!
After my poor experience with shoddy products and dubious return policy, I will never shop with Overstock.com again.
