I recently made a purchase on their website. The pages prior to going to the actual product's page all list the item as having an MSRP of $90 with a about a $66 discount. This is misleading, because the pants retail for about $30. Only after the customer goes to the product link does it reflect the MSRP at $30 with an actual discount of about $5. I have screen prints of how they advertised the product and have included them.

This is probably the 2nd time I have needed to file a complaint against this company in the last couple of years for this type of problem. Previously, they listed conflicting material on sheets. The links showed a superior material, as well as the header, but when and if the customer actually read the item description further down on the page did it list the true material contents.

Business behavior like this leads customers to make inaccurate decisions when purchasing products. I have reported them to the BBB, the FTC, and the Utah Attorney General's office.

Tell us some more jokes. We need the laughs! You didn't "let them" send you a card. You applied for it and you agreed to the terms and conditions which you no doubt did not read. If going on line is the only way to cancel the account, that's what you do! You're not the big shot you think you are!
