I am completely outraged at the lack of care and respect that Overstock gives their customers. I had an issue with an item that was Overstock.com's fault and I am the one that has to suffer. First off it took a week to get the item after I purchased it and it has taken over 2 1/2 weeks to get my refund (I still haven't received it and you have had the products in your warehouse for 9 days) I am unable to get the right items until I get my merchandise credit back. How does Overstock even stay in business?? The customers are treated like crap. Ihave contacted them 7 times in regards to this order and I still haven't gotten results. This is literally the worst I have been treated by any company ever.

Overstock.com is overpriced...Would never buy anything from them. Noticed this when I was looking for items. They wanted 70.00 for a sweater....It was a nice sweater..but not for 70.00. The retail on it was 40.00. Give me a break..it should be called overpriced.com LOL
