Complaint Review: Overstock Mattress & Beds

We bought a high end Sterns and Foster mattress from them which cost us right at $4,000.  Later I found out they over charged us. I was told that this model was the top of the line and would help correct some back and shoulder problems I was having.  

When the mattress was delivered, I notcied that the center of the mattress was sagging when it was taken out of the truck.  The delivery man "Garrett", told me that was normal.  I thought it was odd, but I am not the expert so I didn't question it.

That first night my sleep was not good and I called the sales manager and told him.  He said to give it some time.  Well I did, and after several conversations he agree to pick the mattress up and exchange it for another one.  Well after they delivery guys never showed up, I called back and kept calling back, emailing and even going back into the store.  

The sales manager told me he would have to wait for Scott the owner to come back from being out of town.  It was a different excuse evertime I called, or stopped by.

I am sorry but if you pay $4,000 for a mattress it should not give you worse back and shoulder pain nor give you headaches.

I have not received a call back or an email answer in a very long time.  When I go into the location they don't have time for me and leave me standing by myself.  I just want what I paid for to work or replace it.
