Purchased an Etson 3 PC Living Room Set for $1,631.14 a couple months ago, it arrived not too long afterwards, no complaints there. My complaints do, however, begin with the construction of said set, as they're constructed by what I can only assume is popsicle sticks and glue. Immediately when we begin piecing the set together, we found that the seatbacks don't seat correctly with their base. Further inspection of the furniture bolstered the aforementioned thought of the cheap construction, as there were pieces of wood protruding through tears in the leather. After we were able to somewhat get the set pieced together, we found that the footrest on one of the couches will not retract. After a month of trying to get into contact with Overstock, after being told an "oversized item specialist" would be reaching out, we were meant with resistance stating that "it had already been a couple months since we ordered it", which is obviously the case, given we were under the guise that a specialist would be reaching out. Even if this weren't the case, their 30-day return policy is attrocious, you're not getting what you paid for and it's obvious they're scamming consumers out of their hard earned money by not backing their merchandise.
