I made three attempts to call customer service support for help to cancel an online purchase from this company "Overton's". The first call I was put on hold for 45 minutes and was able to get in touch with a support agent, I then explained to this agent that I want to cancel a recent online purchase that has not been processed, the agent tells me that I have to be put on holdfor a few minutes, so I'm put on hold for another five or ten minutes and when the agent finally clicks over I then hear sounds of the phone clicking over some breathing and then the phone just hangs up on me. The last two attempts I was put on hold and waited for 30 minutes only to be directed to a voicemail.
