Owen bought my mortgage 12 months ago.  Our financial institution had escrowed taxes and homeowner insurance into our payment.  This taxes were paid ontime, but we received a late notice regarding homeowners policy.  We promptly notified mortgage company and were assured this matter would be rectified quickly.  We personally contacted insurance company and requested an extention on our behalf which greatfully we were granted.  We repeated the phone call to Owen and were told the escrow account had been set up incorrectly and would be corrected iand the insurance bill would be paid in 3-5. Business days.  Several days later on the final day ou our requested extention, we called again and were told to request another extention and the insurance company could re-write the policy if we were indeed cancelled. after being shuffled through four employees, and over 95 minutes on the phone I continue to speak with a "third party Insurance Department Manager."  The third party escrow company is named Southwest Business Corp.  1-866-317-7661.  Finally after 120 minutes on the phone I have a Manager that will print a check, send it FedEx to ins company and personally talk to insurance representative.  I hope asked if my conversation was still recorded, they responded yes.  I strongly suggested it be reviewed and their Team be educated.
