Owings Mills Crown, Texaco Did not supply gas paid for rIPOFF Owings Mills Maryland
This gas station allows customers to pay for gas but does not inform them that their pumps are empty! On 04/07/07, we paid $20 cash for gas; the pump turned out to be empty and therefore gave no gas. When we asked to change to another pump and/or receive our money back, we were told to get lost. The police have been contacted; they did nothing. Please help!
