Sent books in awful condition, despite listing both as "Very Good." One was literally filthy, covered in dirt/mud. The other "Very Good" book had an actual hole in the cover, a seriously warped spine and severely yellowed pages.
Conditions like "Very Good" or "Fine," etc. actually have industry-standard definitions, which online reviews of this company indicate they systemically inflate to gain sales from unwitting buyers. I wish I'd read the reviews and bought form another seller.
Their response to my complaints came late and getting information on the return/replacement status was like pulling teeth.
Finally got replacement copies (one of which is again in pretty bad shape, but I'm tired of dealing with them) literally a month late.
