Owners.com First and Foremost, I apologize in advance for this letter. I write this because I feel I owe a duty to protect and I do not feel this treatment should go un-noticed nor should the gravity of this situation be ignored. Please be advised that a complaint has been filed with the Bureau of Real Estate for willful withholding of commission, and false advertising in the willful deliberate withholding of an advertised consumer rebate.

It is against the law to withhold a commission - especially when the compliance forms have been completed. It is now been 15 days after the closing of this file with no resolution - no response as to the status - and deliberate blocking of management correspondence at corporate. It is also called “false advertising” and “consumer fraud” to advertise a rebate with little to no intent to pay the consumer. Further please explain to your agents the additional willful intent to antagonize by sending business cards to the “City” for an foreclosure defense advocate (as most cities hold their foreclosure auctions in front of city hall) upon a transaction that was deliberately blocked from closing by the same entities to which I have fought foreclosure frauds against when the company held the proper mailing address on file.

This takes forethought to research the actual address of the city hall address itself. Please also explain why you directed me as an agent, to just take the entire commission and “not pay” the buyer the rebate because they obviously did not “need” it (as it goes against company policy should escrow or the lender neglect to credit) from my contractually agreed upon commission which would cost an additional $800 above and beyond as the company would retain 30% upon the entire commission and I would pay the full rebate to the buyer “should” I decide take care of the client myself but that the company “ cannot “ direct me to do. Please explain this treatment to your other agents as I have done nothing to warrant this hostility.

Run do not walk if you are looking at this online company.   I quit because this company was refusing to pay a consumer rebate, and is now witholding my commission becuase I protested.
