Oxford Diamond Co Rip-off Scam Oxford Diamond Ebay Torrance California
I purchased a diamond engagement ring from Oxford Diamond Co. on January 3, 2008. I received the ring and looked at it, and all seemed fine. I then put it away for the day I asked my fiancee' to marry me (February 1, 2008). The following day, she was studying the ring, and noticed black pieces in the center diamond. I have since then had to purchase a new ring (on credit) for her because this one would be embarassing for her to wear. I have wrote numerous e-mails to Oxford Diamond Co. and they have not at all responded. I guess the next step would be legal action???

The Customer purchased SI3 Quality, which according to Diamond Standards does have visible inclusions to the naked eye.
The customer chose to purchase a Promotional quality stone and expects VS Quality.
If you pay for SI3 Quality that is what you will get.
We also carry many VS Quality stones that are very clean and very white, but the customer chose to go with SI3 Quality.
If the customers Fiance is not happy with the ring, Even if it was within 1 months time we can offer a full refund, but not after the ring has been kept for over 4 months.
This is not acceptable with any online or Local Retailer.
The customer should have been aware of what his Fiance would like or not like and should not have made a such a big purchasing decision without her.
We have over 4500 positive reviews and customers.
