Oxford Financial Mastercard Ripoff and SCAM Nationwide
I recieved a phone call on May 23rd from Christine at Oxford Financial telling me she could help me repair my credit. I was told that I was eligible for and "insured" Mastercard with a $2000 limit and 4.9% APR for 3 years. I continually asked what information I would have to provide and all I had to do was pay the insurance of $249 and within 40 days of my debit I would recieve my card.
I was then transferred to Paul Davis in the security office and he recorded all my answers about the offer and took my bank info on what he told me was an FCC secure line. My debit was set up for May 27th and was made from my account.
Since that day I have called twice to the 800 number with my verification number and have talked to Linda and Lucrecia. Both times I was told that I was approved and the card would mail the last week of July and would arrive no later than August 1st.
It is now August 2nd and I have recieved nothing. I am planning on filing a fraud claim with my bank and filing a class action suit. Please do not let this happen to you.
