I have been repeatedly billed for a non existant product -a decorating book I never ordered or received. Oxmoor has never provided any informaiton on how to contact them or respond to their repeated threats to report me to credit agencies. This is an appalling fraudulent attack on my character which apparently no one can help me with!!

Contact Information
The Oxmoor House Customer Relations office may be contacted by the following telephone and fax numbers, and physical addresses:

Toll-free number:
1-888-891-8935. We are available to answer your call Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Central time.

Toll number:
205-445-6560. Same hours as above.

U.S. Mail:
Oxmoor House Customer Relations, 820 Tom Martin Drive, Birmingham, AL 35211.

Fax:
205-445-6835. When faxing, please include as much information as possible, including name, address and account number.

What would I recommend to you? You might try to call the toll-free number, but to get real result, send a LETTER (with return recepit) and/or FAX clearly stating that you NEVER EVER ordered anything from them, you request to close any kind of unauthorized "account" with them.

You might consider to fill a complaint with your (Illinois) and Alabama (where Oxmoor is) State Attorney General. Attaching copies of your official complaints to your letter/fax to Oxmoor can make louder your request.

(Do not expect much from Alabama - but a complaint with them a great companion of your letter/fax to Oxmoor.)
