Complaint Review: Oxmoor House

Thanks RipOffReport! Got an invoice from this company yesterday. It indicates that they received my payment in the amount of $ 21.98 and now are billing for two booklets for $15.98. (Books I never ordered, by the way). I checked my checkbook and could find NO check for 21.98 made out to ANY company/individual for the past year. Where they got my info, I don't know. I d**n near wrote a check for the $ 15.98 but I visit this site daily and just for the heck of it, put in Oxmoor house: wow, was I surprised. Sent them a letter back asking for a copy of the Purchase Order for the booklets; we will see what happens. (Oh, also got a pre-approval from AmeriQuest; will address that in separate subject; but filled their return envelope with reports from here and mailed it back to them. The envelope was postage paid and was filled with about 15 pages of your reports; they will probably have to pay a couple of dollars or so postage due.) Again ROR, thanks. Bob D.
